Yes — behind the scenes, for things like research, reporting, and turnaround speed. It helps us work faster, not replace the work. Every strategy decision and piece of content is still built and reviewed by our team.
We offer both. If month-to-month works better for you, we'll run on a rolling monthly basis — just give us 30 days' notice whenever you're ready to wrap up. If you'd rather lock in a plan, we offer 3, 6, 9, and 12-month contracts, and we'll start the conversation about renewing or adjusting your plan in the final 30 days before the term ends.
Salt & Co. is co-founded by Sophie, who previously served as Director of Marketing at Alpha Intelligence Labs. Before that, she led marketing for automotive brands including Audi, Genesis, Chevy, and Ford, and ran marketing for Cordatius, a consulting firm for institutional investment offices. That range means we bring big-brand-level strategy and instinct to every plan we build — while our focus stays on the beauty/wellness, hospitality, and boutique service brands where our curated, hands-on approach makes the biggest difference.
